A Keystone Signet build

Keep a close eye on distance between foes for switching targets. Signet of Clumsiness can be switched for the 2nd or 3rd skill from the left. Your choice if you want to just screw it and get damage or see if they're going to wand/attack. Superior rune for 16 fast casting, minor rune for inspiration, and whatever else in smite incase of an unlikely strip.
A hero won't be so great with this build outside of interruption.
Maintain the stance Mantra of Inscriptions.
Use whatever fun/armor/health related weapons and mods you prefer. Health or Artificer's Insignia is your preference.

Eh, I just don't see it being viable. Keystone's recharge is 11s.....thats a disgusting wait time JUST so you can keep using your skills.

That's more than 'just' being able to re-use your skills. All of your offensive signets would interrupt and go 'boom', too.

Precisely, you deal further damage and recharge your signets. Plus, I dont see why anyone wouldn't want to add Signet of Clumsiness. SoC is now godly with AoE damage and knockdown.
Plus, you don't need much energy with a signet build. I would replace castigation with Signet of Weariness. Signet of Weariness is now enfeebling blood but without the health sac and with 0e.

For sure extra damage without any possible wait or risk with a solid reward of damage/knockdown.

How about a Me/N with Symbolic Celerity + Signet of Sorrows? that's solid AoE damage every .5 seconds.

How is Signet of Sorrow AoE damage every .5 seconds?
The skill description says:
Signet. Target foe takes 15...63...75 damage. If target foe is near a corpse or has a dead pet, this skill recharges instantly.
Without a corpse or dead pet, the skill takes 30s to recharge naturally.

Im still not understanding.
I see it like this: Mantra -> Symbolic -> Regular Sig chain -> Keystone -> Regular Sig chain -> .......now what......
You cant keep up the dps.....your forced to wait 11 sec after your second round just to do your chain agian and wait ANOTHER 11 sec. What are you planning on doing in those 11s....running around like a panzy?
I for one am not a fan of waiting 11s just to use my skill bar.

Have you been trying this build? I have been playing around with it today and haven't seen an 11 second downtime on it.

Why do people insist on bane signet...sig of rage is much better for damage and single KD is not important with sig of clumsiness in the build. I pesonally use frustration and signet of distraction instead. (swap bane sig and castigation) It feels more mesmery. Plus this way you actually have a hex to fuel your signets. Adjust attribute accordingly. BTW I never needed the mantra, it helps tho.

I got it on my hero. No downtime either. I have all of that hero's skills disabled and cast them manually btw so I'm practically playing the build. Gotta love theorycrafters. Sigh.

I think he is forgetting to put the recharge times of the signets + mantra into consideration.

Keystone Signet deals AoE damage.
And yes, without a corpse or pet, but let's see how often there's a lack of corpses in general PvE.
